Coil Tubing Lift Frame 350 Ton - Support Structures

The DEVIN Coil Tubing Lift Frame was designed to improve the performance of coil tubing, logging, or snubbing services, while working offshore from a drill ship or semi-submersible drilling rig. The DEVIN lifting frame is designed to provide a motion compensated connection onto which the injector head, wireline sheave, snubbing stack, as well as pressure control equipment, can be deployed. Each structure is fitted with a 25 Ton Winch and an Electronic Dynamometer with remote.

The DEVIN unit has the ability to articulate for easier access to the well area and handling in the derrick. The frame can also be lengthened by adding extensions, up to 70 feet, to obtain the required length. This is especially helpful during snubbing operations. With the extensions it is easier for the frame to accept the snubbing stack.

The DEVIN 750 Ton Coil Tubing Lift Frame offers a safer more economic option for deep water service.

Purpose:

Allows service equipment (i.e. coiled tubing, logging, snubbing) to work from the motion compensator of the rig when working on drill ships, floaters and semi-submersibles.
Keeps service equipment aligned with crown block and work string (i.e. drill pipe, production tubing, etc.)
Allows for a safe work area around the injector head with 2 adjustable work platforms.
25 ton winch allows easy handling of support equipment.
1 ton winch for small tools (fast line winch)
Articulates for easy access through the V-door. Safer, more economic option for deep water service.
Load Cell allows for accurate reading of service equipment weight up to 50k.
Frame rated to handle 700k string weight.
