DEVIN 15M Surface Test Tree (patented)

Purpose:
An Inline Flow Control Valve Used In Conjunction With Well Intervention Equipment.
The ability to control fluids in two directions, plus being able to pump into the production tubing or drill pipe is a real asset. Devin’s surface flow control valve is bi-directional, utilizing a canister type low torque ball valve. Devin’s valve has a full 6-5/8” ID and can handle 15M PSI. There are two 3” 1502 inlet/outlets allowing for production and well kill hydraulically actuated low torque plug valves¹. There is a low torque swivel incorporated below the lower of the canister valves, rated at 2.5MM lbs of tension/yield, allowing for easier makeup and breakout. This valve is unique in it’s single tool integral design.
